Samsung heeft in samenwerking met een aantal partners een weggeef-actie bedacht met telefoonhoesjes die gemaakt worden van fietsbanden uit de Tour de France. De 21 hoesjes worden met de hand gemaakt en gegraveerd met de naam van de renner en de route.
